Fresher - Sales and Marketing Executive
As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for contacting and generating leads from medium and large CPG manufacturers, distributors, and other companies to create custom, value-added packaging solutions that fit the specifications of their packaging needs.
- Responsible for building and managing the sales pipeline of prospective new clients.
- Exploring potential business avenues to penetrate new accounts/leads.
- Actively pursuing and performing client lead generation, personal meeting, cold calling, email marketing, lead nurturing, lead validating, and lead closing.
- Manage the day to day relationship with B2B and B2C customers to identify requirements, sales needs, and provide a comprehensive offering of products and services.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with potential clients via personal meetings, phone, emails, social media platforms for generating new leads as well as maintaining rapport with existing clients with a timely understanding of their needs.
- Ensure set sales targets are achieved in due time and provide management feedback on opportunities, sales pipeline, and any revenue forecast.
- Analyze market needs, develop accounts strategies, and develop sales plans and prospects for focusing on un-served markets and geographies.
- Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to the management.
- Propose new product/services to clients using entire data resources to prepare and conduct optimum presentations.
- Conduct business development activities to identify new customers and fresh business opportunities and increase accounts revenue adhering to the given budget structure.
- Knowing the customer requirements, needs, and expectations and continuously proposing solutions that will meet client objectives and demands.
- Ability to work autonomously, yet cooperatively within a group setting
- Excellent upselling and Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- A strong ability to skillfully use a computerized system to track and monitor customer accounts, organize priorities, and manage your calendar of events.
- Preferably a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of progressive sales experience with one of the industries i.e. Packaging, Co-Packing, Warehousing, or Logistic-based Transportation industry.
Packaging Lead and Supervisor
We are hiring for Packaging Lead and Supervisor, a full-time position for our facility in Calgary. You will be required to work 10hr/day shift. If you are looking to get hired fast and have previous experience working in the packaging industry and have managed a team of 5-15, this could be the ideal job for you.
- Coordinate the day to day packaging, storage, and distribution functions
- Communicates with management to ensure consistent processes & costing are effectively applied
- Continuously improves operations (i.e. waste reduction & product quality) to maximize operational efficiency and minimize waste
- Responsible for people and team development, quality performance, cost, service, and safety
- Communicate cross-functionally to solve the operational issue
- Strong problem solving, decision making and time management skills in a fast-paced CPG environment
- Must be capable of performing a variety of standing, crouching, twisting, and bending during a 10 continental hour shift
- Can lift 50 lbs- this may be occasionally required
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Preparing mock-ups for client approval
- Offloading stock, physical counting, and verification
- Quality checking
- Maintaining packaging material stock
- Preparing internal activity sheet (for calculating cost in actual)
- Preparing GRN and Delivery orders
- While loading verify the client’s vehicle number and driver name
- Keeping the work area clean after each job.
- Must explain job activity to the shift crew before starting any new product and an approved sample should be provided.
- Keeping assembly line, machinery, forklift, and hand trolley maintained by arranging time to time servicing
- Observation & reporting of each activity details on the floor per shift.
- Full shift data should be maintained and submitted to the management.
- Keeping approved samples of the job for future reference
- Clear criminal record
- Forklift certificate/license will be considered an asset
- Shift Availability: Must be available for any assigned shift in the future – currently only Day Shift.
Packaging Line Worker (General Labour)
We are hiring for Packaging Line Worker (General Labour) full-time positions for our facility in Calgary. You will be required to work an 8-10hr/day shift. If you are looking to get hired fast and have previous experience working in packaging or any similar industry, this could be the ideal job for you.
- You must be capable of performing a variety of standing, crouching, twisting, and bending during an 8-10 continental hour shift
- Can lift 50 lbs- this may be occasionally required
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Experience with repetitive tasks
- Active listening
- Teamwork and follow instructions
- Offloading stock, physical counting, and verification
- Quality check of finished goods to make sure work is according to the provided sample and the packaging requirement
- Re-packing stocks in provided cartons and palletizing
- marking stocks and finished goods pallets
- Keeping the work area clean after each job.
- Keeping approved samples of the job for future reference
- Must be well versed in the handling of equipment’s – training will be provided at the start of the job
- Clear criminal record
- Forklift certificate/license will be considered an asset
- Shift Availability: Must be available for any assigned shift in the future – currently only Day Shift
- Excellent attendance is required during regular hours, with the ability to work overtime as necessary
- Should maintain good housekeeping in the warehouse
- Any experience in these positions will be considered an asset: Warehouse Associate, Assembler, Stocker, Order Picker, retail, General Labour
- Reliable, personal transportation
- Education: high school diploma or GED
